Same as Email List, IP list also have two actions to choose.
- Allow only user's IP match an IP address which in the list then it will be allowed to submit while other IP addresses will be blocked ( disable notification ).
- Block only users' input match an IP address which in the list will be blocked. While others can submit form normally
