I have a client who maintains a large repository of free PDFs for teachers to download. I needed a way to list them and Categorize them, AND display them in columns so it’s not an overwhelming long list. All this works great with the BSK PDF plugin.
During the recent WP 5.0 update, something went a little haywire with other portions of their site, and in the troubleshooting, I manually re-uploaded the BSK. Something wasn’t right (the shortcode wasn’t working) but the support team quickly answered my emails, logged in with a temp user, and fixed it up. It turned out to be just a corrupted copy, or an in-between version or something, but all in all, very pleased with their responsiveness.
