Blacklist and White list have similar screen. The difference is Blacklist trigger actions ( block submitting, skip notifications, go special confirmation ) when form field value MATCH keywords in the list. While White list trigger actions ( block submitting, skip notifications, go special confirmation ) when form field value DOESN"T MATCH keywords in the list.
1. Navigate to Blacklist or White list menu as the following.
And click the Add New button to add new list.
2. Enter list name and click Save button.
Check item way is the way how to check keywords ( item ) on a list. ANY means jus anyone keyword in the list matched while ALL means all keywords in the list matched.
After saving list, it will navigate to item ( keywordd ) adding screen. You may add item ( keyword ) manually or import from CSV file.
